Patriotic Banana Split

Ingredients

Makes 4 servings

  • 1 pint lemon or pineapple sorbet
  • 4 large ripe bananas, quartered
  • 1/3 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/3 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/3 cup reduced-fat granola cereal without raisins
 

Directions

  1. In shallow dessert bowls, arrange four banana quarters; top with two small scoops of sorbet and sliced strawberries.
  2. Sprinkle with blueberries and cereal.
  3. Serve immediately.
