Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

Makes 1 serving

  • 1 banana
  • ¼ cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • ¼ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • ¼ cup cherries, pitted (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 ice cubes
  • ¼ cup pineapple or orange juice
  • ¼ cup low fat vanilla yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon honey (optional)
 

Directions

  1. Place the banana, strawberries, blueberries, cherries, and ice cubes into a blender.
  2. Pour in the orange juice, vanilla yogurt, and honey.
  3. Blend until smooth.
