After a quick transition, the video shows SGT Jeremy White sitting on the mat with one end of a resistance band around his ankle and the other around a weight-lifting bench.

Jeremy: This exercise is the alternate for the leg curl; again, it’s using a resistance band.

The video cuts to Ryan lying face-down on a mat with one end of a resistance band around his ankle and the other around a weight-lifting bench, doing leg curls using the resistance band.

Jeremy: What you want to do is attach it to something stationary that’s not going to move.  

Video cuts to Jeremy sitting on the mat with one end of a resistance band around his ankle and the other around a weight-lifting bench. The camera focuses in on his foot and ankle.

Jeremy: You want to tie a loop and put your foot through it…put it around your ankle, and just spin around on your stomach.

Video cuts to Jeremy lying on stomach with one end of resistance band around his ankle, knee bent and foot pointing up toward the ceiling. Jeremy proceeds to demonstrate leg curl.

Jeremy: Just try and get your heel as close to your glutes as possible. Just go in a nice smooth motion.
